“Mowers and More recently service my circa 2007 John Deere X304, following a $2000 service a year ago by the local John Deere dealer (United Ag & Turf, Hudson, NY). I was very disappointed that my tractor couldn’t power the deck only one year after the John Deere servicing in 2024, so decided to give Mowers and More a try. Unlike my John Deere dealer, Mowers and More did a thorough assessment up front, did the work as agreed, and returned my mower in less than a month in the best working order it’s seen since it was new. The folks at Mowers and More communicated well, did the assessment, ordered necessary parts (the tractor was running on only one of two cylinders due to pushrod and other issues on the bad side) and completed the work in a very timely fashion. When they returned my tractor, the owner gave me a very thorough review of what they found and waited while I tried it out. It’s now a very happy mower, thanks to Mowers and More. They have completely earned my confidence and any future maintenance will be done using them. Thanks for a great experience.“

Fast forward to September. I dropped my mower off at Mowers & More and about 24 hours later I received a call from them. The repair was complete and my mower was working again. They were very friendly, their communication was great and the price was more than fair. Would highly recommend them!“

“The actually review I’d leave is 3.7 stars. Follow up from my post, I got my mower back on Friday. Did take longer then I anticipated initially because I was unaware of their process. However, after expressing my frustration with the company, someone had reached out to me about concern and really handled the situation professionally. I was very pleased with the way it was handled and they really do value customers opinions. The biggest issue was the lack communication from the beginning, however once I informed that they communicated everything from the process as a whole to regular updates. I wasn’t even given advice on things to look for on the mower. In the end if you were to ask me if I would go back to mowers and more then again the answer is yes..“

“Dropped off a chainsaw for repair after taking it to a different shop first and the issue not getting resolved. Mowers and more had it about 10 days, which wasn't bad since they had to order parts. Saw runs great. My only minor issue was, I had asked them to call me if the repair was going to cost over a certain dollar amount and they did not. Luckily it was not that much over the limit I had set and the saw does run like new. Definitely be back with any other repairs.“

“Had a pickup and repair of a chipper and also a Husq 460 chain saw. They had to have them pick up the chipper since it was not practical for me to get it there.
